Baby animals at Ferrari Farms — come spend Sunday with us

I'm hosting a free community morning at Ferrari Farms in Reno on Sunday, March 22. Goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, an emu, and a few unhurried hours that aren't about mortgages.

This Sunday I’m hosting a free community morning at Ferrari Farms in Reno. Just-born goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, an emu, and the kind of slow morning small kids remember for a long time.

No agenda. No pitch. No sign-in sheet. Bring your family and stay as long as you’d like.

The details

Why I do these

Most of my workdays are spent helping families buy homes here in Reno and around Tahoe. The part of the work I love most is the part that happens after the loan closes — running into clients at the coffee shop, watching their kids grow up, being part of the actual community we all live in.

Hosting a morning like this is the simplest version of that. No mortgage talk required. If you want to chat about a 2026 home purchase while your two-year-old chases a chicken, I’m always happy to. If you’d rather just pet a lamb and head to brunch, that’s perfect too.

What to wear

Ferrari Farms is a working farm, so dress for it — closed-toe shoes, layers, clothes that can handle a little dirt. March in Reno can swing from cold to bright in the same hour. For parking, accessibility, and pet policies, Ferrari Farms’ site is the best source.

See you Sunday.
