Before mortgages, Meredith spent a decade in corporate accounting and compliance — first at pre-IPO Silicon Valley companies, then through the chaos of newly public ones. In 2020 she came home to Lake Tahoe to join her father, Steve Bennett, at the brokerage he founded in 2016 — a true father-daughter team and the practice she'd always wished existed: deeply personal, strategically sharp, and stubbornly honest. She'll tell you when to wait, when to refi, and when to walk away.
Today she advises first-time buyers, multi-generational families, and a tight roster of investors across the Reno–Tahoe corridor. The relationship outlasts every transaction.
